Your fired!

I have always thought a thief or a couple of hoodies would have made great contestants on the apprentice. Alan gives the teams a hundred quid to buy some stock and make some profit. The business toffs are busy arguing about team names, strategy and where to sell their cashmere sweaters. The radgies have already bought 150 pills of bent mickie and are selling them down soho a fiver a pop. With the profits they cut a key of coke with some baking powder and triple their moneys. Alan is impresed but is pressured by the BBC to give the hoodies the sack and names Raif as his right hand man.
Street thief is a film about a business man who Alan Sugar would love. He goes by the name of Kasparr Car and his business is robbing cold hard cash. The film is a shot in a documentary style and follows Kasparr’s routines when it comes down to his burglarization of various supermarkets, clubs and cinemas. There are many cool techniques and robbing montages which are probably based on fact. You find yourself asking the question is this real throughout viewing. Why would a thief let a camera crew follow him? How come all the dialogue is so clean and flowing? Is it a script? How come this, how come that. I’m a natural sceptic (I dont believe Grizzly man is genuine for 1 second. B movie horror flick grade Dr’s, no actual footage of bear death scene, the classic we have the sound track of the bear kiling him. Bull shit. your a fraud living the high life on the royalties of your marketing scam) and I hoped this film was a genuine documentary of a thief but Im sad to say it isnt. Below is a passage i stole of some other dudes blog,

“…..And then the film-makers came out for the Q&A. As the first questioner asked, “where did you find that guy? [the burglar] and why do you look just like him?”…and he answered, “because, uh…I played him.” He went on to say that all the burglaries in the film are based on real burglaries, but that Karr wasn’t a real person, and that the documentarians in the movie were actors too. However, Bader insisted that since they created the crimes based on stories that real criminals had told them, that indeed it was true.”

Its one of those films that is based on fact and techniques which have probably been used by genuine thieves but its all actors. I guess you have to avoid dropping yourself in it but come on, have you never heard of the costa del crime. Make a genuine movie and then retire to the beach a rich man. Either way I still love this film but I have probably spoiled it for you all by now. Just like I wish i could have gone to see Predator without knowing it had aliens in it. I have never heard of the film before. I miss the first 30 seconds of it as well so I dont see the spaceship crash to earth. I’d be expesting a cookie cutter arnie army action film and then BAMMM! Out of no where an alien pops up and turns the whole film on its arse. What a dream. The impossible dream.

“Once I had a dream about Dave Freimuth. On a horse with long hair. Beautiful. Beautiful flowing hair. Very Beautiful. We rode into the sunset and hitched a ride on a horse trailer. We got jobs as butchers making ground beef. We decided to wear wife beaters and made a pink and yellow pinjata. I went to whack it but I missed and hit Dave right in the teeth. But he didn’t want to cut his hair at the time. But Dave had beautiful hair.”

This is the intro to Erny’s video. It is probably the best thing i have seen in a long while. Original score and Special effects. This is the future of riding videos. Erny is suposed to be making a Zombie film as well. Cant wait for that.
